"They were the only shop of several that I called that would even agree to take my car. When they took it apart it was a totally separate issue. They texted and sent videos/texts so I could see what they were talking about then called to make sure I understood.  Once the correct issue was isolated they got the part overnight and had it fixed in a couple of days. Someone was working on it until 9pm on a Saturday to get it done! I couldn't be more pleased- highly recommend!"
