Auto Medics respects your privacy. This explains what this website collects and why. Effective July 11, 2026.
What we collect
When you request an appointment or contact us, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone, email, vehicle, and a description of the service you need — solely to schedule and deliver your service and follow up about it. Appointment requests submitted through this site are delivered to us by email (via the FormSubmit service), and a copy may be kept temporarily in your own browser's storage so your request isn't lost if the send fails.
Analytics, advertising & tracking technologies
This website uses the following measurement tools. None of them are used to sell your personal information, and none collect your name or contact details unless you submit a form:
- Google Analytics — anonymous statistics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general region, device type).
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures whether our Facebook/Instagram advertising works (for example, that an ad click led to a visit or a booking click). You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad settings or at aboutads.info.
- NobleRise marketing analytics — a first-party tool run by our marketing provider, NobleRise Digital Marketing, that records anonymous visit statistics and interactions such as taps on our phone number or booking button, plus the ad campaign that brought you here. It uses a random anonymous identifier stored in your browser — never your name, and the data is not sold or shared beyond providing our marketing services.
Appointment scheduling is provided by Tekmetric (our shop-management system), and the map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps; each operates under its own privacy policy. You can limit all of these tools with your browser's privacy controls, private browsing, or a content blocker — the site keeps working either way.
Calls, texts & email
If you share your phone number or email in an appointment request, we use it to confirm, schedule, and follow up on your service — not for marketing lists. Tapping "Call" or "Text" on this site simply opens your own phone app; you're always the one who initiates the message.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information
- We do not send marketing messages without your consent
- We do not collect more than we need to serve you
