Why it matters

Straight tracking, even tire wear, longer tire life

Missoula's potholes, frost heaves, curbs, and gravel roads knock alignment out faster than most owners expect. A proper alignment pays for itself in tire life alone — tires can wear out twice as fast when the angles are off. We measure all four wheels, set them to the manufacturer's specification, and road-test the result. And because alignment problems often start with worn steering or suspension parts, we inspect those first and tell you the truth: an alignment on worn parts won't hold, and we won't sell you one that can't.

Signs it's time to come in

  • The car pulls left or right on a flat, straight road
  • Steering wheel sits crooked when the car tracks straight
  • Inside or outside edges of tires wearing faster than the middle
  • You recently hit a pothole, curb, or something on the highway

What's included

  • Four-wheel alignment to manufacturer specification
  • Steering and suspension inspection first — so the alignment holds
  • Toe, camber, and caster adjustment as your vehicle allows

FAQs

Wheel Alignment — FAQs

How often should I get an alignment in Missoula?

Once a year is a good rhythm on Montana roads — and always after new tires, suspension or steering work, or a hard pothole or curb hit. If the vehicle tracks straight and tires are wearing evenly, we'll tell you it doesn't need one.

Will an alignment fix my pull to one side?

Often — but not always. Pulls can also come from tires, brakes, or worn steering and suspension parts. We check those first, because an alignment can't fix a worn ball joint, and we'd rather find the real cause than sell you a service that won't hold.

How long does a wheel alignment take?

Usually about an hour once the vehicle is on the rack, including the inspection and road test. If we find worn parts that would keep the alignment from holding, we'll show you before doing anything.
